Dr. Baojuan Dong is currently an Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor at Shanxi University, while also serving as a key researcher at the Materials Quantum Control Technology Institute of Liaoning Materials Laboratory. She has published/accepted approximately 20 papers in prestigious journals including Nature Nanotechnology and Nature Communications. As principal investigator, she has led multiple research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Young Scientists Fund (Category C), General Program, and sub-projects of Joint Funds. Her outstanding contributions have been recognized with honors including the "2025 Shanxi Provincial Young Top-Notch Talent" award and Shanxi University's "Wenying Young Scholar" distinction.
