Dr. Xingdan Sun‘s research focuses on: (1) electronic structure and transport properties of novel quantum materials, (2) design and performance optimization of new materials and devices, with particular expertise in microgram-scale specific heat measurements, on-chip thermoelectric cooling, and multidimensional control of 2D moiré superlattice systems. She has published/accepted over 10 papers in leading journals including Nature Communications, Physical Review Letters, and Nano Research, along with 3 accepted patents. Dr. Sun has led and participated in multiple research projects, including the NSFC Young Scientists Fund.
